This is a typical input form. It utilizes some of the standard
Windows objects: Grids, Text Boxes, Check Boxes and Buttons.
When data is entered into a search box, the desired customer is found.
Associated "Ship To" addresses are shown in the right
hand grid and the customer's pertinent data is shown in the pale blue
area.If the desired customer doesn't exist, you'll be asked if you want to add him.
You can also use any of the Command buttons in the pale blue area as you see
fit (Add, Edit, Delete, modify "Ship To's" etc.
When you're satisfied, you can proceed to create a "Sales Order" or "Return
Authorization" by clicking on the command buttons in the pale green area.
This input form is truly "CUSTOM".
